Medical, Psychiatric & Dental

Comprehensive medical and psychiatric care including dental services, medication support, and coordination with county DBH clinics.

Individual, Group & Family Therapy

Licensed Clinical Social Workers provide individual, group, and parent/child counseling addressing behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs.

Education & Tutoring

Home educational tutoring, collaboration with local schools, and vocational programs ensuring academic and career success.

Trauma-Informed Care

Evidence-based approaches that recognize the impact of adverse childhood experiences and provide a safe, supportive environment for healing.

24-Hour Residential Care

Round-the-clock supervision and care across five licensed homes throughout the Fontana and San Bernardino area.

Independent Living Skills

Hands-on training in financial literacy, cooking, job readiness, decision-making, communication, and daily living for self-sufficiency.

Behavior & Anger Management

Structured behavior management programs, anger management classes, drug counseling, and 16 social skills curriculum with positive reinforcement.

Family Reunification

Structured transition programs, quarterly progress reporting, and reunification plans that prepare boys to return to families or gain legal emancipation.

CPI Safety & Crisis Intervention Training

Our team participates in professional CPI training, equipping staff with essential skills in safe intervention techniques, de-escalation strategies, and crisis management to ensure the well-being of our residents.

Mental Health Program

Medi-Cal certified mental health services

With two mental health contracts and five licensed clinics, our program provides a full continuum of Medi-Cal certified mental health care using the Integrated Core Practice Model.

Assessment & Plan Development

Comprehensive mental health assessments and individualized treatment plans tailored to each resident's unique needs.

Therapeutic Services

Individual therapy, individual family therapy, group therapy, and rehabilitation/ADL services delivered by licensed professionals.

Intensive Care Coordination

ICC services ensuring coordinated care across all systems serving the child, including school, family, and community resources.

Intensive Home Based Services

IHBS providing individualized, strength-based interventions in the home and community to support stability and growth.

Crisis Intervention

24/7 crisis intervention services available through the DBH Access Line at (888) 743-1478 or 711 TTY.

Medication Support

Coordination with DBH clinics including Phoenix Community Counseling Center, Mesa Counseling Center, and Vista Community Counseling.

Resident Wellness

Holistic well-being for every resident

Our 2025–2026 Resident Wellness Policy fosters physical, mental, and emotional well-being for all residents, with regular assessments to ensure continuous improvement.

Nutrition

Meals meet USDA standards and are tailored to individual dietary needs

Physical Activity

At least 60 minutes of structured daily exercise and recreational programming

Emotional Support

On-site counseling, wellness programs, and social-emotional learning opportunities

Oversight

Dedicated wellness committee, annual reviews, and triennial assessments

Culturally Competent Care

Community-Based Model

Our facilities emulate traditional family homes, built on the belief that the family is a fundamental institution in society and a primary source of learning and growth.

Point System & Social Skills

A structured point system rewards appropriate behavior and program objectives. Residents earn additional privileges and learn 16 core social skills through role playing and modeling.

Our evidence-based Resident Improvement Program tracks individual outcomes, demonstrating positive impact and ensuring continued programmatic sustainability.

Transition & Independence

Preparing every young man to move into a less restrictive environment, return to family, or gain legal emancipation with the skills and confidence to thrive independently.
