More than a job
Since 1989, our family-founded organization has been dedicated to transforming the lives of at-risk boys and young men. When you join our team, you become part of a legacy of compassion, structure, and unconditional dedication.
Every day, you directly impact the lives of young men who need guidance, stability, and support during the most critical years of their development.
We're a family-founded organization that treats every team member as part of the Berhe family. Your voice matters, your growth matters.
Ongoing training in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporting. We invest in your development.
Health benefits, paid time off, sick leave, and CFRA/FMLA protections. We take care of the people who take care of our residents.
All five facilities are located in the Fontana and San Bernardino area, serving youth from across California in a community-based setting.
AM, PM, and overnight shifts available across all five homes. We work with you to find a schedule that fits your life.
